AdcDongle 12A Series

    AdcDongle Module Ultra-Small 12 bit A/D Data Acquisition modules

    The AdcDongle 12A series dongles are miniature data acquisition hardware packages with 8 A/D converter input channels. The 12A8I samples 8 channels of analog at 12 bit resolution. You can use as many AdcDongles as you have serial ports.

    You can measure temperatures, pressures, voltages, currents. Add external resistors to extend the voltage range (see application notes coming soon). Easy to use and light weight, so you can take the AdcDongle any where you go with your PC. No batteries needed. No IRQ or DMA changes needed. Works with 9 or 25 pin RS232 ports.

    If you need more sensitivity, you can use an external amplifier with the MUX version of the AdcDongle. If you need more channels order the ADONG12A8IX MUX version and use external amplifiers. The mux version can also be used for 8 bit digital output to drive light loads (100uA per bit). The Dongles are self-powered from a standard RS232 serial port. No jumpers or IRQs to set or change.
